mtshasta went to the open house last night and the info received can all be found publicly but here it is in a nutshell -

"He said the company is in the process of multiple other acquisitions and has a deal in the works with a well known retailer to produce goods with NBL. He also told me that Charles lance is not a convicted felon and got caught up in a finance scheme and that's what the lawsuit was about and it has been settled for sometime now. He also said that they are not just a trucking company, they are becoming a management entity for companies who need better direction and guidance in exchange for ownership or part ownership of the business. It almost sounded to me like they are becoming an investement firm with management consulting. We also talked about the share structure but nothing new there. No plans for buyback or R/S but the A/S did increase. He told me he went on a tour of NBL with the COO, Mel I think is his name and he spoke really highly of him. Also said that there is a lot of good things on the horizon and they do pay attention to the stock price and want to get uplisted soon."
