that's it? at least talk about the stock and why you think it will sink or swim. Have yet to see even a shred of evidence that matt can accomplish even a fraction of his business "plan."
Transfer agency was first step and he fell flat on his ass....couldn't even sign up righ and tggi...and what happened to the 2 "unnamed" companies he said he had lined up? Matt Dwyer's "plan" is the equivalent of someone on a deserted island saying they will build a fully functional aircraft carrier out of driftwood. Audited financials should be a breeze as they are probably just 1 page. Uplisting and new office for matt should send the PPS through the roof. I absolutely love the 2 year no R/S teaser....you all realize all he did was talk about it....he has to send out mailings at the end of the month, then wait for the mailings to come back.....and then???????? Even if he does eventually make it "official" he can get out of it easily by rolling bcrap into yet another one of his many shells over the years, the one thing he has proven to be good at - shell games and selling worthless stock. Expect to see many more bcaps and many more matt dwyers if everyone continues to blindly follow them into PPS oblivion.
