I don't want to lose sight of the point of the original post which was, the reason they put the Dodge Mine mineral rights under Mabwe Minerals. If it was to boost the RPTN/Mabwe stock prior to the RS, that seems to have failed miserably.

Things don't seem to have gone according to plan, if there is a plan. Like watching Larry, Moe and Curly.....only NOT funny.
