That's one of the reasons why it surprised me that they put the Dodge Mine mineral rights under Mabwe Minerals. I suppose they were trying to boost the price of RPTN/Mabwe stock prior to the RS but that seems to have failed too.

All in all, I don't think things have gone according to plan (that is, if they even had a plan). It seems as if they either have no real plan or the three employees/directors executing the "plan" are really the three stooges in disguise.
