We complained about lack of updates and they seem to be responding. Non-sales updates are hitting the web via the website, Twitter, and Facebook. Since Miller came on board Twitter and Facebook have seen more activity, but its far from where it could be.
I'm guessing there might be a legal issue for them to email us directly anything that is not a pre-released, official PR, hence the web updates. PRs are quite expensive to release, so I'm ok with non-sales "parntership/colaborations" pieces staying free.
