One more thing though, if this is dilution we still have the toxic
note to worry about too, it's due in July. What will happen then?
How many shares will slam the market? Did they raise the preferred
for that purpose? Will they be converted and SHs will end up paying
the debt?

David claimed the company will pay off that note before deadline,
but he is nowhere to be found right? lol

So there are 2 things we are hit with right now, especially if merger
is delayed few more weeks: dilution and toxic note.
