Oh really? Is that why the FDA status chart on their investor updates page still does not reflect the De Novo application denial - despite the fact they post new investor updates there every 2 weeks? In fact the FDA status chart has not been updated since 09-29-2011..

Is that why when BIEL was made aware of the FDA De Novo denial, BIEL did not inform shareholders until after they had appealed to the state Senator, who had then referred it to the AG, who then referred it to the FDA Chief... that certainly didn't happen in a day!

Promises promises huh... boy oh boy, it seems every time these guys open their mouth, they put their foot in it!
