One of the first lessons I learned in investing, because it has been stated over and over on many bb's I frequent is that investments made on any promises or time lines or business plans of pink sheet and OTCB stocks are seriously SPECULATIVE plays that should be made with great forethought and caution, noting that it is always possible you will lose every dime you invest. Simply stated you can't trust these pink/OTCB stocks.
AS I SAID I MAINLY USE CEO SHAREHOLDERS LETTTERS AND PR's.
REMEMBER ENRON ? AND AS FAR AS SPECULATIVE THEN YOU JUST DESCRIBED ANY STOCK..LOL. IF THAT IS THE CASE YOU NEED TO STOP INVESTING IN STOCKS SINCE ALL ARE RISKY. BY THE WAY GLOBETEL WAS NEVER A PINK SHEET. THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERANCE BETWEEN OTCBB AND PK STOCKS. YOU SHOULD DD ON WHAT THE DIFFERANCE IS. BY THE WAY ALL LOSSES HAVE OCCURED ON HIGHER EXCHANGE CALLED AMEX NOT OTCBB. I HAD VERY NICE GAINS ON OTCBB.
However, all the longs who have stuck it out most likely are doing so because they believe that GTE will be the exception, and provide a 'dreamy' bonus when all is said and done. And most likely they didn't have the skills or time to trade in and out on the trends and movements of the stock over time.
I HAVE THE SAME OPINION ON IT BUT I THOUGHT WE WERE ON AMEX NOT OTCBB !!!
Well the next chapter of this GTE story has not been told yet, and you have no control as an individual investor to make changes of any consequence in the story's progression.
It's just the way it is SEABASS, yet you continue to burden us with your losses when most or ours are exactly the same, (dollar numbers aside because again it was your choice to put up your investment amount depending on how much you projected to win on your 'bet') to date.
YES IT WAS MY CHOICE BASED ON INFORMATION AND TIMELINES(WHICH WERE BROKEN) BY THE CEO.
But the fat lady has not yet sung, or, even been given the chance to sing.
IT BETTER STARTS SINGING SOON CAUSE THERE WON'T BE ANYBODY TO HEAR HER SOON OR IF THERE WILL BE SOMEONE IT WON'T BELIEVE SINCE IT CRYIED WOLF TOO MANY TIMES !!!!
