It's common knowledge that issuing shares to raise capital in publicly held company is general practice.

It is a fact based on past press releases that time lines of stratellite launch have been missed. You know it and rest of you can do a research here on this board to verify this info.

As I stated in my previous post. Why would intelligent bright management announce unachievable dates time and time again misleading investors into investing in near future based on announced dates instead of announcing forcible future as launch time frame if they don’t know when strat will be completed. That is why I am incurring loses because of management failure to meet publicly announced time frames. Not once but few times. You people are part-owners of this company. Act like once. All this is my opinion. You have your own. I am entitled to express in this country.
