Bear's Den - Why are you guys so surprised?
Eveyone is acting like they are so surprised we bounced into this range. WHY? Didn't you know that if we bounce into this range we would regain the 10, 20, 100, and 200 on the OEX. Didn't you know we would see many, many indicators turn positive. I have told you for weeks we would bounce to retest the broken uptrend line. It took a while to do it and then retest again and we did that today. What is the big surprise? You cannot bounce from 1203 to 1233 and not see some positive change in the indicators.
Why is it that everyone hated stocks at 1203 and now love them at 1233. I hate them at 1233 and loved them at 1203.
Today has been one of the highlights of the whole year. Today we hit the top of the bounce and are now free to short and buy puts at will. We have a clear shot down for some great gains. Somwhere along the way we will have another bounce. That is a ways off. For now we have clear sailing on the short side.
