That Steve W guy told me on the phone that the whole point of this deal was to make CHRI, HBRM. If that is the case then the increase in A/S of HBRM makes sense. HBRM shareholders can be issued new shares based on how many they currently have and CHRI shareholders can be issued new HBRM shares based on what they have as well. Then all CHRI shares get retired and all that is left is HBRM. The question is how many shares do we all get.
