Has APS ever sent an e-mail like this? Have they ever subjected themselves to promising an exact dollar number before this promo? They are basically telling everyone they are guaranteed a 30% return from the current pps. Last time I checked, APS is in the game to make huge bucks not be Mother Theresa. It seems like they're reaching to the bottom of the barrel to get people to buy more shares of GWBU and I find it a bit disconcerting.
