Following an incredible close yesterday we could not be more excited about AGRT!

We have a perfect storm setting up with AGRT.

There is a Major Short position caught in AGRT and the squeeze has just begun.
This alone could drive the price beyond our previous expectations and believe that this reason alone could drive the PPS to +$2.

We also have an relatively unknown up and coming company in one of the hottest industries in the world (oil and gas) that continue to drive their business forward and are only just being discovered. AGRT has demonstrated over the past week they consistently release news that keeps getting better. Reviewing the press releases from the previous week's trading sessions we believe something big is in the works:

2. AGR Tools Inc. Retains Circadian Group for Investor Relations Services
3. AGR Tools Enters LOI to Acquire 700 Acre Oil Lease in Tennessee
4. AGR Energy Holdings Inc. Issues Guidance on Pending Acquisition


We have non-dilutive financing and the intention to acquire 700 Acres in Overton County. Its well known in the oil and gas industry that Overton county is oil rich and has some of the most productive oil lands in the United States! Realize AGRT has stated they expect the final acquisition and operating contracts to be executed as soon as Friday, June 15th, 2012.


The way we see it at TBX, AGRT could release explosive news at any time. When you consider this along with a huge short position about to be squeezed, its not hard to see a +$2 PPS target in the near term.
