Here you go You said extra dilution was to finance PR firms to intruduce Hilal to institions. Not even to institution investors. Plain old institions. Here read for your self. And I do believe that is what Hilal told you!! And what round said the first time l also believe. It is Hilal you is changing his tune. And he is not being truthful. NO ONE in their right mind gives a PR firm funds up front like that. I have the feeling Hilal is BROKE and we shall see!!!
