I'm going to play conspiracy theorist for a moment and let me know if I'm crazy. Does it appear they "NWBIO" may be keeping the stock down on purpose? Not accusing them of some grand insider trading, but just keeping it low till they get all their ducks in a row? Or are they just too busy to put out more positive press releases (which seems like a lame excuse) The odd thing I notice with this stock is when it is rallying there always seems to be sales of 100 shares that drive the price down. Im not sure if every sub $1 stock has these sales of 100 shares, but i see it all the time with NWBO.
