A very good example. People claim that the Company is mining, but there is absolutely no evidence that the project actually belongs to CWRN. Or, if they are even selling anything from the project or at what price. Audited financial statements and SEC filings would prove it one way or the other.

A good example of why serious investors, including institutions, will never touch a non-SEC reporting company. And why non-SEC reporting companies are almost never legitimate and never go anywhere. Legitimate companies report.
