Nope raising the A/S won't change the share price...but the disount required on .0001 X .0002 stocks is steep and hundreds of millions of discounted shares issued doesn't add up to much fundage...and when those funders begin dumping to recoup their monies lent that's when .0001 X .0002 stocks go to no bid in a hurry right puppy.

So as many speculated months ago...D-Day fast approaches on whether it'll be several A/S increases and continuation of cont'd 504 funding for a few more months...or whether eric's qualified professional advisors will deem a R/S necessary tick tick tick tick tick...
