.0001's are settling in ... Eric will need to increase the 504's to survive. Putting together some type of limited credit line will not fund the company.

the way it looks now is raise the A/S ( much easier and cheaper )

then doing a reverse split ...

I see Eric raising the A/S in order to keep issuing shares for funding

raising the A/S will not change the PPS .. its .0001/.0002 now

share holders position really does not change unless it goes to no bid based on today close at .0001

maybe Eric thinks he can blog his way out of the A/S increase with the loyal longs

promises and golden carrots have worked for years

but, sooner or later I'm convinced the R/S will arrive
