My take on the finance deal:

Could've been MUCH worse.

I am extremely satisfied with Visser re-investing in LQMT. This shows he has confidence as well as LiquidMetal balls!

.10 is a little cheap but expected. Glad it wasn't .05!

Should see a small drop in the AM to about .29 and recover nicely to close at or above todays closing price.
