Before telling the reporter what the truth is, I would like some indication of what it is. Can anyone address these slides, as far as any of the items shown being on JL's claim:

Slide 4 - Crushing and conveyor head, Pascua Lama orebody, Esperanza orebody. As not an actual photo the next 2 slides are more important.

Slide 5 - Chilean Pit area.

Slide 6 - Primary crusher and tunnel entrance.

Either the reporter and slide show given are correct, or our people in the know should simply say "these are the items shown that are on JL's now undisputable claim."

Why do we keep dancing around in the shadows?

We seem to want to focus on winning over and over what we say we have already won. Why not focus on what it is that we won?

I worry if the money is supposed to be in these great losses and suffering caused by abx, and not in the actual claims.
