I second that. The BIEL management is a joke imo - a bad one. The FDA denied the DeNovo application, so I don't think we have any hope of FDA over-the-counter approval in the foreseeable future. The letters to the Governor etc are a pipe dream that will never happen imo - we already saw the glaring contradictions in the claims made by Whelan in the letter in contrast to the claims made previously about not being a thermal-based product.

Overseas markets have amounted to virtually nothing, even after several years of access. The now third Canada launch in as many years has gone nowhere, and shareholders being fed such complete and utter rubbish that retailers only review new stock once a year is beyond ludicrous.

The only things keeping the pps where it is right now is, imo, a combination of lack of transparency by BIEL, and shareholder apathy in the sheer stupidity of ignoring major news such as the recent FDA DENIAL.

Imo, all I see in the future is continued dilution. I do not believe any large entity will swoop in to buy this company now, as BIEL have managed to show there is apparently no market anywhere in the world for this product, and I think that is more due to BIEL mismanagement than the fact nobody is interested.

This of course is all my personal opinion.

I hope this post is not deleted again just because some mod will not tolerate an opinion that does not fit the agenda here..
