While I am quite impressed with the Costco deal, I do see the $750,000 line of credit as being a game-changer. Many small companies are under-financed which causes the company to not being able to stock enough inventory, and in the case of a company that uses direct response television, the company also has to finance the purchase of media. It sure looks like MDHI has turned the corner; the secured credit line is quite a big deal.
