Some things to consider: by Suebh

Costco. They recently announced Costco, the 2nd largest retailer in the United States. THE PRODUCT IS UP ON THE COSTCO SITE. The company filed with the SEC on Friday saying they are getting orders every day and are now shipping products to Costco customers. Costco will be sending out 13 million e-mails to customers to promote the product on June 8th.

The MediPendant competes in the personal medical alarm space. Think " I've fallen and I can't get up" - that device dominates the market but it doesn't have two-way capabilities through the pendant. MDHI does. And is protected by a patent. Multimillion dollar market and they have a superior product.

Has Never Been Promoted. There has not been and I hope there never will be a stock promotion associated with MDHI. Interest is going because of strong growing fundamentals; not just a bunch of stock type. This is a real story. A real company aiming to produce real profits. And thy are getting close.

TV Ads. There are 2 television commercials. One of which began airing this week in conjunction with Harrington multimedia, run by Tim Harrington brother of the Harrington on the popular TV show shark tank. The other television commercial is in process of being booked for additional TV time beginning June 17. The company filed this information with the SEC on form 8K on Friday.

Credit Line. We have all heard time and time again that small companies can't get a credit line. Well, I guess someone forgot to tell that to MDHI management. They also filed with the securities and exchange commission that they got an increase on their current credit line to $750,000. The new version features on the credit line, it's only an 8%, and the company has offered NO collateral.

Recent Large Orders. The company also filed with the SEC that they have been receiving some large orders lately. The last one was $275,000, and more for the rest of the year. They say these orders take care of almost all of the monthly overhead. This means they are operating very close to breakeven. Costco and the TV commercial revenue should put him over the top.

Company also stated in its SEC filing on Friday that the product is now working in the European country and that they are expecting an order.
