One thing that has me confused is why people think there will be this huge influx of new buying if/when the 8-k gets released. We already know what it will say. We already know how the deal is being paid for. You have had a ton of buying the past month based on the release of this filing, and 99% of the time when that happens, it is a buy the rumor sell the news scenario. I do expect a fairly decent sell off once that 8 k comes out, and if you go back and look at what this stock did 2 years ago when the put out an 8-k to announce a new merger, it sold off 50% of so.

Now, can it move up after the sell off if some decent prs are put out? Sure. But do not expect some big buying as a result the actual filing. Everyone who has wanted to buy for the coming 8-k, probably has by now.
