Let's recap here:

First it was stated two months ago that a DTC chill was going to happen in a week, obviously didn't happen.

Then it was stated several weeks ago that the SEC had contacted someone for imformation ( ridiculous statement to begin with ) and that a SEC investigation had already started.

Now it's there's no SEC investigation because Matt has begun the audit for uplisting.
