The new preferred shares are for acquisition only. They will have a different conversion rate then other preferreds from what I understand. I will assume much les common shares equal 1 preferred but let's wait for 8k to be sure. Keep in mind this is likely a acquisition based on performance. Meaning preferredShares will be issued accordingly as things progress.I do not see how this could have been more favorable to sh+eholders
