I am having a difference of opinion with another poster on the RRHI board. He maintains that the company, RRHI, is in the Development Stage because, "RRHI has referred to itself as a developement stage company in it's last report because they are ENGAGED IN THE PREPARATION OF AN ESTABLISHED COMMERCIALLY MINABLE DEPOSIT (RESERVES) FOR ITS EXTRACTION. Said reserves were proven by the parameters set forth in IG-7, i.e. the 1966 drilling report, the previous mine owners, and the fact that the Dodge Mine was a PRODUCTION STAGE MINE."

I contend that because they have listed no mining assets or development expenses and they are currently conducting a gravity mapping program on which to base a drilling program, they are still in the Exploration stage.

Does anyone have any thoughts or a definitive reference?
