Might not be a bad idea, however, according to Paychest pr dated May 30, 2012 the last sentence:

"The company is excited about upcoming events and expects a number of news releases during the summer months"

Granted, this is a forward looking statement, and a lot of folks have given up believing anything the company pr's, so if we don't get a number of verifiable news releases during the summer months, I would agree with your conclusion of the PPS remaing at .0001......and perhaps then, Paychest will just go away in the fall.......
