Well I'm hoping it means "we will name drop your company to all of our clients and say that if you buy these simulators, we will help make them into what you want." It also mentions logistics, which is getting something from point A to point B. As long as that's getting a simulator from Virtra's warehouse to a customer's floor, that sounds good. Earlier in that paragraph it says "As part of the relationship, VirTra will provide its World-Class small arms simulation products, accessories and services, while retaining all intellectual property related to such." So they specifically mention retaining intellectual property, meaning LM isn't buying the company at all.
