This board is finally thinking with business thought rather than emotion for once. MSLP shouldn't be about a label....it should be about making MONEY$$

Glad to hear the NSF becoming mute on this board....the asnwer is that MSLP decided it isn't cost effective today....the may decide it is again in the future, but NOT today. I like the decision to cut cost and Go Black.....cause once they go black, they will never look back.

Now let's talk think abour the Q1 more proactively. What would cause them to lower Operations cost from $1.1million with a sales net of $ 4million in 2011....all the way to operations cost of $727,000.00 with sales at $16million?
Soooo they decreased Operation by 28% yet increase Sale 400%....obviously some books moving....but what was moved?

Why the late filing that made us all upset(wawawawawaaaa)?
Why all the amendments?

I would guess from my experience as I have been through many audits with my business (it's operated in CA; and we have more regulations than any state) that MSLP was trying to get everything reorganized by the Due Date. The SEC looked at it and said "No Way" can you submit this looking half complete. It's up to you, but we would suggest come back tommorow with this cleaned up and you will have to deal with a "E" for a day. Then you can file ammendments to clean up the final issues.

When I got audited by Workers Comp the first time, I thought I was so prepared. Auditor showed up and left within 15 minutes and told me to get certain docs together so he could do his job.(some were docs that I didn't organzie correctly, which meant it would take him forever to go through and complete the audit....and some I didn't think applied to my business and structure) I simply rescheduled and got the neccessary docs together in a format that would allow him to do his job correctly. Done with no issues!

Then after the 2007 crash...I completely restructured my business top to bottom. By 2009/10 the business was so different in the operations aspect that I didn't even come close to completeing the audits that I finally had experience with.

These guys HIRED PROFESSIONALS to clean up a 3 year financial massacre. I can't image with the volume of product, growth, and time they have been operating and recording books.....how long and hard (pain in the ass) it would be to get everything cleaned up.

Plain and Simple!!! I'm NOT worried about late filing or the continued ammendments....we are basically getting to hear the conversation between MSLP and the SEC....and they seem to be communicating!!

However I am trying to create my own book on them because the movement of books is hidden within the language of the PR!
