Tweets pushed to phone. I have yet to have an issue with my boxcar app, tweets from tbx pushed immediately to my phone. No issue with iOS. May I suggest that if your running android OS, make sure that if you have a task killer, place boxcar in the 'whitelist', aka exceptions. Boxcar must be running, it will not start itself to push a tweet and a task killer will stop it. Good link from Los too if you don't have or want boxcar
