This is MOST likely what happened:

NSF said "stop putting the NSF logo on your Non-NSF products"

Musclepharm did nothing.

NSF removed. the end.

They were warned in March and today that warning came to fruition.

Perhaps they believe they don't need the NSF and perhaps they don't. That being said, it has been one of the main marketing tools to date to fly the banner of NSF. Also, credibility with the execs is an issue here and today didn't help. Someone who was convicted LAST WEEK of selling improperly labeled products was KICKED OUT of an organization for (drumroll please) selling products products that are not labeled appropriately.
