Of course it can kill a company, but it can also force MSLP management to get their act together...I don't think anybody wants more legal trouble.

At the end of the day....nobody is going to let all the marketing that MSLP has done go to waste. Somebody will take advantage of it....whether MSLP can go black, a buyout, a merger, a hostile takoever....not important to me at this point.

Going black and being seen everywhere you look is priceless....as in only the future will tell us the true fair value.
