Well, one of the more recent lawsuits (the one over the Texas stuff).... if you read the details, somewhere in there it reads that Musclepharm does not have enough money to make them whole. So.... we will see.

I agree that at a certain level of success, the lawsuits will come. If they start winning, however, and if they are for enough money, it can also kill a company, dead.
