If you want my opinion (too bad, you're gonna get it anyway!)(lol), the merger was and had been a done deal, maybe for quite some time, and the only reason for this week's PR was because everyone was bugging the crap out of them for something, anything. So that's what they had to give while in the process of finalizing whatever they've been working on (other news), as expressed in that PR.

So it turned into a buy the rumor, sell the news, seeing as what we got was already factored in, kind of deal. But whatever has been sold at these levels still doesn't match the number of shares bought at a higher rate. Not even close, imo.

So hopefully we'll hear what the details are of that 'other news' is in a relatively short period of time and we'll be on our way, in earnest. No, not that Earnest! We're not going to jail or camp with that ugly sucker.:)

AH today or sometime Sunday would be nice, but I'm not about hold my breath or spend an undue amount of time worrying about it.
