7. To amend our certificate of incorporation to change our name to Kazaa Entertainment, Inc.;

If they are changing the names, they would have to change the agreements. We see the termination of one agreement but we don't see an amended agreement. I'm not saying that it was in fact amended, but I am betting that is the case.
