i'm an investor based on the belief that news will come at some point, whenever that may be. i don't like to wait for the news and join the stampede trying to get shares. not saying this is the approach for everyone or the best approach, just the way i prefer to work the pinks. big picture wise, i believe in ACYD and believe the upside potential to far outweigh the initial investment. if it goes bust, bummer, i'm out a decent chunk of change, but if it follows its business plan and continues to position itself for success, good things could be on the horizon. the low to very low income housing market isn't a glamourous industry, but there will always be a need and their market location has appropriate inventory available. just never going to be an overnight sensation like a tech or pharma stock.
