Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 500 split. Ex-date=03/29/2012.

After it did 500 for 1 R/S with old S/O of 95 million on Mar 28, the S/O went to 183k, But, since then that crook has been issuing and selling 65 Million new worthless paper.

Or 65 m x 500 = 32.5 Billion shares (pre-split).
