Just like to mention PFCK had a good day trading after it was added to The List (volume 3,914,300 and closed at .029 on the offer), I called Jim Stock, 702/614-0003 (Investor Relations) and was told that the 10K will be filed electronically by early next week followed by a press release on the acquisition of Genesis Aviation/Aerospace ModWorks Inc. [News] "annual revenues of $3.5 million-$4 million" , out of those revenues the company realizes an $ 800,000 profit and there are more contracts in the works. PFCK is also looking at acquiring other profitable companies and offers the acquired companies incentive programs. A name change will be in effect to reflect the new team running PFCK. Most notably the newest appointee is the president, namely Robert A. Braner, former president of Automobili Lamborghini USA Inc.
