I'm not trying to stir things up. Just pointing out that no one knows exactly what it what unless they are an insider. I have a feeling he is and he shows just enough of his cards to not get in trouble. I do have a question about #4 on your list.

Aren't the efficacy tests done prior to EPA green light? Isn't the multiple applications the reason EPA green light is taking longer?

4. EPA approval will be obtained and numerous efficacy tests will be conducted revealing multiple applications for IMS.
