True - the last PR said nothing about "free" flight testing just "flight testing" which we now know was tethered. There may have been free flight done, but they chose not to disclose that.

So they met someone's criteria for satisfying certain "mission parameters" and now they need to go back to MD. Maybe the payload needs certain testing done with the applique and groundstation located in MD or maybe they need to prep for the "free flight" component of the Hybrid design? That piece would make sense in terms of the development progression toward the hybrid design outlined previously.

So we were stationed in NV for 6 months and this is what we come away with? It must be something viable enough and important enough to keep the project going with Eastcor and the sponsor still actively engaged.
