“I have 26,600,000 Preferred Class-A shares with a convertible note. I will use my own shares to secure $4-$5M in funding. There will be no dilution and we have the investors ready to move forward.”

“Mr. Wilke has agreed to release a statement next week regarding the filing schedule and move to OTCBB. He also assured me that IGTN would be a "Reporting" company in September (this month sometime), and that the OTCBB was only a formality.” [formality = it takes little effort to get on the BB]
