Maybe it is because it is a good stock for those who want to manipulate it. It has potential and keeps moving up so for someone who is looking to make a lot of money on manipulation this is the perfect stock.

everyone keeps talking about manipulation I simply don't get it. Is a company not public so it can access capital using equity to raise money. If it did not, how would any of you on the board have acquired the stock.

So issuing shares is not dilution, so long as the company can demonstrate increase in revenue, expanding operation and growth, IT IS NOT DILUTION
