Question for those wiser than I:

I'm not bashing, you should know me by now, but can ATRN sell all of its assets and become a shell company without ever paying the shareholders? Could they just sell the assets, pay themselves hefty bonuses, and then sit on the shell forever? Just got thinking this morning...
