You're correct and Bob needs to step aside!

Bob failed at business with his own company, but it was easy to see he had some talent as an engineer and with VTSI he brought a new direction... along with a very sizeable debt. So now products are top notch yet his nearly nonexistent business knowledge and lack of leadership continues to cripple this organization.

Frustration compounds with his continued debasement of this company. As shareholders, we want him to find his way in business and thus allow Virtra and all of us to profit. But time goes by and every time the company appears on the cusp of reaching the next level, he kills the momentum with yet another ill-timed and unnecessary debilitating fiasco. Enough is enough!

There are plenty of ways he could help this company, but running it into the ground by remaining CEO is not one of them... His refusal to acknowledge his continued failure, failure financed by common shareholders, continues to hinder and obstruct the success of this company. He lacks the simple grace to step aside.

Attempting to retain his cronies as directors to support his hobby CEO position is but another 'last straw' show of his ever-increasing arrogance. Such arrogance in spite of continued failures, failures lacking the concealment Virtra's financials have enjoyed for over six months now and counting...

Integrity has collapsed and lies by omission throughout a self-imposed semi-silence remain his roadmap to ruin. His attempts to grab more and more power continues even as business slides and company transparancy decreases. Shareholders??? Who needs 'em??!!!
