I don't need ALL of the house, but I'd offer a few of my shares in an IT company for one of the bedrooms and kitchen rights.

He'd probably say that's not an offer, but really, it is.

And I wonder if he'd offer hors d'ouvres if a couple of disgruntled shareholders dropped by for a walk-through?
