I think it makes a huge difference who did or didn't do what.
I think the SEC cares about who did what.
I think blum would like to not be named in any SEC complaint if that were possible.
From the details I have read surrounding the chain of events that took place at the direction of blum and crew regarding CPRK?
The name blum deserves the TOP BILLING he is receiving.
