It does not make any difference, who did what and who was involved; whether it was Blum or Nether or anyone.
The fact is that this turkey is dead. It cannot be traded since last year. We are hearing promise after promise and there is nothing that will ever turn around this company.
We - the shareholders decided to put our hard earned money into a penny stock and we lost!
That's the bottom line, if this turkey ever reacts to CPR, you can hope for getting a couple of % of what you put in.
One way or the other we will always be in a loss.


Just be prepared to take the $3000 deduction from the good old Feds for a very long time.....
