advice on Etrade pro error please.

I know it's not the right forum to post here, but does anyone know how to refresh the balance or transaction tabs on Accounts page on Etrade pro? It keeps showing blank pages, though I have them on past 30 days period. It shows sometimes, and it does not sometimes. Does anyone know how to fix this or refresh it?
