So whats everyones strategy for getting in TBXs play tomorrow?

My questions for everyone are:

1) Will hitting the "Market Order" button make your order automatically fill?

2) Should a bid 2-5 cents above the ask to get filled?

3) If we end up chasing, (which most likely most of us will) at what price range do we call it quits if we dont catch our price?
